Looking for attachment for bumper 1973

I have the bumper and the strip gnat goes under, but not the piece to attach it to the car. It’s for a ‘73 cutlass and it’s the last part truly needed

The inner /under bumper for 73

have that located in Lansing Michigan will need an email address if you'd like pics
Do you need bolt nut & spacer also ?
