Wanted 68 cutlass vinyl top moulding

Very specifically I need the straight piece that runs across the top of the trunk lid near the window. Thanks —Billy

So your needing the wide textured metal strip that attaches to the trunk lid, right?

Tru-blu, if that is what he needs offer him yours. Mine is attached to a deck lid and I probably should keep them together.

Thanks guys, yes Tru Blu im interested in that piece that mounts to the trunk. Can you send a photo, describe condition and price? How is the chrome textured? I may be also be interested in the other 2 mouldings that run along the top of the quarters that border the vinyl top, if anyone has those. Just to explain what I am doing: I’m converting my 68 hardtop to the D99 two tone finish with a different color hardtop. I’ll use the vinyl top chrome to separate the sections.

I’m talking about a piece of moulding up near the window, on the trunk lid - not the piece on the bottom where it closes near the bumper.

he needs the narrow stainless molding not the textured[ painted ] simulated vinyl strip . I have more than one extra stainless trunk trim since I have 2 68 vinyl top cars, and I should have the quarter trim also. the vinyl top corners can be purchased new from Fusicks. you will also need the molding clips and fasteners.
