WTB: 1969 Convertible Power Windows and power locks

Looking to purchase all the parts to make my 1969 2-door Convertible have power windows and power door locks.

Looking for quality parts that the seller has confirmed to be in working condition or needs minor reworking. Willing to pay premium for factory OEM parts in working condition!

power window motors

I have a nice set of 4 window motors that I would sell. I’ll post pics if you’re interested.

I'm pretty sure that the door locks were vacuum operated in '69.

Vacuum door locks on a ‘69 Olds Cutlass convertible?

I’m a newbie to this generation car. I have no ideal if it’s vacuum or not. I have been told that. And that the trunk lid is also vacuum as well so it makes since. I had the car professionally restored and the restorer didn’t have the time to hunt down and install parts not original to the car. To my disappointment.

I really need to hears from other members who are more of an expert than myself. I also need to know from a expert member if all GM model cars of that era have interchangeable parts to change my bucket seats to power. Another member sent me this eBay link. It looks extremely like photos matching other parts for sale to use in my car.

I would like to pick the brains of far more intelligent members than mine.

Could someone look at this and tell me if it would work for my 1969 Cutlass Convertible bucket seat?

The seller said it has a power bench seat motor but would work for a bucket seat.

Would this be the same? What is missing? What years are interchangeable?

I can tell you for a fact that my '69 442 convertible, with factory power everything, had a driver's bucket seat that worked off of a round belt that looked like a big "O" ring. I use to buy them from a vacuum cleaner repair shop! The set-up pictured above may be able to be adapted to your car, but wouldn't be factory. Hope this helps.

Anything can be made to work if you're handy with a torch and welder. The size of this set up is correct, and it will bolt to the bottom of the seat. The mounting plates to the floor are incorrect for an A-body. You'll have to change the floor mount brackets, which are welded in, to the proper power seat brackets anyway. If you can modify these brackets and fab up a welded-to-the-floor plate with a bolt in it, you can make this one work. The comment that it has a bench seat motor means that he's installed the larger/longer bench seat electric motor which is a stronger piece. I've tried both the bench and bucket motor on my own seat and the bench motor makes a difference in speed and power. I posted a pic of the proper for mount brackets in your other thread.
