I have a 455 in a 72 Cutlass and am going to reinstall the a/c. My mechanic says the intake manifold I have doesn't have the proper holes in the casting for application and recommends I try to get an oem intake manifold. It currently has some kind of Edelbrock high rise manifold, but as I said it doesn't have the right holes in the casting.
