I picked up a real 70 w30 but it came without the motor and transmission. I have the transmission now I just need to find a motor. Please contact me if you or anyone you know has one. I would prefer it to be complete, but if you just have the heads, block, intake, etc. please contact.

Welcome. An entire engine is going to be hard to find. You will likely have to piece it together. The block will not matter. Any 455 engine block will work if you don't have the original. We love pictures if you get time to post some.

 

I appreciate your response. Ya I didn't really want to have to do that but I've kind of come to that realization. Do you know anyone who has correct heads, carb, intake, etc.? I posted a picture in another thread. I'll post some on here when I get a chance. I still need to take more.

I have everything to make a complete 70 W30 engine.
Do you have a 4-spd or automatic?

 

There's a base 442 455 complete engine in Maryland floating around, but I think its a bit far from you. Good luck with the search

 

Its a 4 speed. The broadcast card says second week of April, 70
