w31 fuel line

I need the hard line from the pump to the carb for an almost factory 4bbl setup. Using the original pump and carb with an Edelbrock Performer intake.

I never installed/used it. I ended up going with a Quickfuel/Holley setup.

Have attached an overall shot of the line and how I *think* this line is routed on a small block.

That's a 455 engine not a 350 Olds it might be to tall when installed on a 350 Olds.

Curious how did you identify it as a 455 engine? Perhaps someone likes big block blue better than small block gold?

The intake manifold sits up ~1" higher than the surface behind the timing cover on big blocks. Also, the hose between the thermostat housing nipple and water pump is ~1" longer.

Cool - I think judging the intake manifold height would be easier to see in person then via a picture.
In this case though it is a 350.

The original steel fuel line (pump to carb) routes around the OTHER SIDE (the P side) of the thermo housing if it matters.

No regulator just a fuel pressure gauge.

Thanks for the photo and measurement. Interesting how it goes around the drivers side of the water neck. it is well-formed and all. I'm curious about the fitting on the pump side. Is it horizontal or at a 45 degree? It looks to be tilted up about 45 degrees but its hard tell for sure. Is that 3 line pump? Mine is a 2 line and the fitting comes out at zero degrees (or horizontal).

Thanks for all your fuel line info.
