Does anyone have a link pin (from the trunk latch to the lock cylinder) for a 66 442 vacuum trunk release, or know of anyone who has made one.

I'm just going to reply to subscribe because I have a complete 68 vacuum lock assemply and that's the only part missing. I've researched it in the past and had no luck finding it.


You might try calling Ames Performance. They have long lock shafts but they don't have the universal joint that the vacuum ones have. The way I understand it you need the universal type shaft so just the lock turns and not the lock cylinder (because the keyed cylinder obviously won't turn without the key in it). They do sell a complete electric set up so maybe they have a source for the universal
