Turbo 350 Kickdown cable and dipstick tube
Converting to the turbo 350 for my 67 Cutlass. I need a dipstick tube with dipstick and a kickdown cable compatible with the 330 engine. Thanks.

The T-350 first came out in 1969. All A-body Olds had a square hole in the firewall for the kickdown cable to pass through, and the cable housing end to attach. Those that weren't equipped with a T-350, had a plastic "plug" in that hole. The engine makes no difference in the cable at all. You will need to install a gas pedal from a later model year, with the provision for the cable to attach. I sold someone on this forum a complete "package", along with some pics of the firewall hole, several months back, to do exactly what you want to do. Let me know if you're interested and I'll look for the pics.

I might have all you need. There is a cable that goes to the carb and you need a bracket for the carb to hook up. I think I have one off a 67 that someone had done this to. I will check and get back to you.
