Speed nuts for vinyl top trim

Does anyone know who sells the correct sized speed nuts/screws to secure the pot metal vinyl top trim pieces to my 1972 Cutlass S vinyl top?

I have the V shaped pieces that trim out the vinyl top to the body of the car, but these are pot metal items with the studs on the back that originally took a specific type fastener (speed nut) to secure to the car up in the quarter well.

where can i get these fasteners?

Do they resemble these below?Home Depot has the first one and also the "flat push clip style, but if they are like the other one,I know that Classic Industries show them in various sizes. You might also try Fastenal stores,or Autozone,or a local older Body shop.
You said Nashville area ,I am About 50 miles south of Nashville in Columbia.Good luck, Larry

It is the second picture type. I have looked at Ace Hardware and Home Depot. I will check Fastenal stores. Are there any around our local area here?

Try a NAPA Auto Parts or another auto parts store. The nut in his second pic is also called a "Stamped Nut"....it's stamped out of sheet metal.

Usually places like NAPA have hanging/carded fastener selections.

Lowe's Home Improvement likely has them as well in their Hillman brand line of fasteners. Here, they have them all laid out in a row of grey cabinets with pull out drawers in the bolt, fastener, etc section.

Be sure to use the correct size which is probably 1/4". You could potentially snap off the studs trying to force on a smaller size which might initially appear to fit since the tip of the stud will start in the nut. Yes, this comes from first hand experience.....here's your sign!

Your local Lowes in the hardware department has a good selection of automotive fasteners in drawers. I have been there many times getting trim fasteners. I was surprised to find them there but happy as it is very close.
