One has an oil passage and the other doesn't any help appreciated

Got a photo of the part or part number? I probably have it just depends on how hard or involved it is to remove.

 

As I recall, I replaced rocker arms on my 64 98 with rocker arms I salvaged from a 371. They weren't identical but were close enough that they worked. Hopefully, someone can confirm that valve train parts from a 371 fit on a 394. That will expand your search a bit.
