Not for '68. A non-AC car got the air ducting from the kick panels, not in-dash. In '69, you might be correct.
It's out of a '68 442 east coast car. I'd like $220 for it. Seeing as many go for upwards of $500, I think that's fair. I have the box in which my A/C dash was shipped, so it will be packed well. I believe shipping was something like $65 from Washington State to AZ, if that helps.
