I need to replace my dash pad due to the cracks. Does anyone know a good place to get one, or know someone that has one? Thanks!!

Post a request in the Parts Wanted section of the Classifieds menu of this website. There are a few guys on here that part out cars on a regular basis. Otherwise, check out ebay.

Ah, didn't know yours was cracked when you were asking for a black replacement. There are 2 guys really fairly close to you who will have this part.
1. Eric - Jensenracing77
2. Scott - Oldspackrat.

Give one of them a shout and see what goes. Both of them will only sell nice parts and they are very fair in pricing/shipping.

I've got one I'll sell you pretty cheap...it is in great shape and has NO cracks. The middle is raised a little bit. Really nice shape otherwise.
