Do the clips for lug wrench mounting in the truck require 2 holes or just one for the screw? It looks like there’s a tab on the end that may require a hole to be drilled. Maybe this helps it stay positioned? I hope someone has a closeup picture of the correct mounting that can be shared. Thanks!

 

The factory DID NOT put extra holes in there for those bent down tabs. It's possible they were supposed to sit down into a couple factory "locator" dimples in the trunk pan...I'd have to the check the Assembly Manual.
