junk oai top to cut open

junk oai top to cut open

Anyone have a 70-72 air cleaner top?

i do..but it isnt junk...

it has no flapper or vac motor..and its very nice...


what are you trying to do?

what are you trying to do?
I have a perfect one, I'm looking for one to cut open, there's a place that sells them already cut for 220$ just checking if someone may have a top that's cheap. Thanks

mines just too nice to cut...

i do know where one is that would be a good candidate its cracked where the door and hinge come together..let me see if its still avail..if it is i will pass the info to ya

Here may be a cheap alternative for you. I got one in a lot of items from an Olds guy. He had used the Olds foam on this part.

Video showing flange. Flange is shown at aprox. 1:20.

The flange simply drops into your air cleaner base. I had it on my 70 for a while. I never checked to make sure it was tall enough to seal against the bottom of the hood
