Jetaway Trans. Slip Yoke

Wanted - Jetaway Transmission slip yoke (1957-1960 any year). Needed to put in end of transmission to prevent oil leakage when pulling engine/trans. assembly.

Send me a PM if you have a yoke available. Thank you.

You can use one from a 350 turbo. They are the same.

Apologies If I am wrong. I certainly don't want to contribute to truth decay.
I assumed that the Jet-away trans was an early 60's unit that shared the same
size output shaft as the turbo 350. If so, I have an extra Gary.

Unfortunately same name different transmission. The early jet-away was a 4 speed the latter one was a 2 speed, completely different transmission.... I don't know if the yokes are the same or not nothing else exchanges though.... Tedd

That would be fantastic if you had one! It's actually for my dad. He's got a gorgeous 59 98 Holiday Coupe and unfortunately the engine is making some suspicious noises so he's just going to pull the engine and trans, and rebuild the engine.

If the Jetaway and TH-350 yokes are the same diameter, a TH-350 yoke still won't work because I believe they are 27 spline. My dad says the Jetaway yokes are 32 spline.

I'm into 73-77 Cutlass, so I'm not super familiar with the "early model" stuff! Kind of an inside joke - he calls my 73 and 74's "late model."

Thanks. I've got a spare TH-350 yoke. Even if they are the same diameter, I don't think it will work. I think TH-350 yokes are 27 spline and Jetaways are 32 spline.

I have plastic plugs for turbo 400's, so go to a tranny shop and ask for plastic plug that might fit your trans. Take ID and OD info with you. Just remembered that I picked up these plugs at a plant that rebuilds transmissions in T.O.
