hey guys looking to replace my slip yoke on my 72 cutlass s 350. searched and searched all i found was one in opg catalog . its the size i need 27 spline 4.875" but it uses outside snap rings ,mine were inside snap rings. called opg they said to buy a longer yoke with inside snap rings and have it cut down. the u joints i got from the local parts store also use inside snap rings . any help thanks BILL

 

I would spend the $250 for a custom made shaft and get rid of the slip yoke,My stock shaft lasted a few days when I made any kind of HP......Jerr

 

You should be able to find this used all day long, and '72 should be inside snap rings (I think), '70 (and before?) used outside snap rings.
