Interior mirror stalk

As stated I need to replace the stalk my interior rear view mirror is bolted to. Mine was letting the mirror fall so I tried to tighten the screw and it's stripped. I pulled the screw out and it's fine, but the interior threads are toast. I don't need a whole mirror, just the stalk. Anyone?

If I thought I could helicoil it I would, but I don't think they make them that small.

Would one from a 69 be the same? I'm pretty sure I have a spare in the shop, I'll check tomorrow.

I think a 69 will fit the 70. This one is from a mirror with map light so it has a wire that can be removed. Not sure if the non-map stalk is the same. This one is not chrome, but a silver type finish, just like my 69 442. Threads and bolt are good. Photos attached.

PM me if interested. Does $12 shipped to you seem fair?
