Hi Jeff - I have “driver” 64 Starfire - I love it - really struggle to find parts. Newby to classic car’s. Right now I am looking for fuel tank sending unit.. Any idea’s?

 

Provided it's not trashed, several people offer fuel sender rebuilding services. Google or Hemmings Motor News magazine www.hemmings.com can help find them.

Rocketraider provided you with some good suggestions. Beyond that, I would suggest putting out an ad in the Parts Wanted section of the forum, as well as becoming familiar with some of the guys that are known to part out cars. Oldspackrat (aka Scott Winn) here in the forum is one, though he tends to do mostly the 68-72 A-bodies, but he did help me out with a small heat/ac resistor part. Also, joining Facebook specific groups can be helpful as well. There's a 61-66 Starfire group on FB.

Fusick's has a lot of reproduction parts, you might try there first.
