Try the parts place. I bought a dipstick tube for a '68 350 from them and it is a faithful reproduction. NOS ones are on eBay.

I got the tube for my 67 from Supercars. Nice repro of OEM, but as with every aftermarket Olds dipstick tube, the two beads that go into the hole in the block are just THAT MUCH too large. I measured the OD of the beads on the original and carefully filed the repro to match. I think I ended up taking off 0.010" total on the diameter. After that, it tapped in just like OEM.
