a/c hoses 1968

I am looking for the a/c hoses that go from compressor to poa and compressor to condenser. They both connect ot the back of the compressor for a 1968 442.

Wink Cooler

I tried those part numbers and no luck at either GM Direct or Vintage Parts.

I need the lines for mine to convert it over to 134a and I was checking out Classic Auto Air. They have, rebuild, or duplicate the lines and know what they're talking about it seems, prices are pretty good too. They do have a complete A/C hose set for 68-72 Cutlass 4-4-2 for 330 bucks, still too much money, but what isn't anymore?

They tell you exactly what you need to do to convert over to 134a and what parts you will need, lots of info. They also have a model specific kit to convert over to the Sanden compressor with all the parts needed. I know it doesn't show Olds but click the "order/view catalog" button on top then drop down to the bottom to view the factory air conditioning parts and service catalog.

Thanks for the link Bluevista. I will have to check it out.

Have you tried Fusicks and RockAuto for AC hoses? If they don't carry them then you might be able to have some hoses fabricated at your local auto parts store.

Also give Vintage Air a look. They have stuff to compete with Classic and might have some better prices, I don't know.
