This may be a long shot, but do any of my fellow Canadian Cutlass owners have an ignition buzzer switch lying around they’d be willing to sell?

Shipping to Canada is through the roof lately in terms of cash and wait time.
None of the premiere parts distributors up here seem to even carry the part.

I got one thru a Corvette supplier… maybe try one of those vendors?

 

Sell? Heck, I throw those away any time I have the steering wheel off. If I had one laying around I'd give it to you.

I’ve got the steering column apart because of a horn issue. (Horn sounds when I turn steering wheel). Sure enough, there was a contact point on the inside of the steering column.
But I’ve now discovered the signal switch & wiring harness are disintegrating along with the ignition buzzer switch.
No time like now to replace everything, although you make a good point about not needing the buzzer switch.
