These are the thin metal strips with small rubber in middle. I'd call them parking lot door ding guards. Missing right rear fender,but could use both R and L rear fender. Or, any other GM A bodies use these, that might work?

 

Here is the driver side piece I think you're talking about? I have the passenger side but the rubber piece is missing. $35.00 shipped for this one?
