67 cutlass supreme dip stick broke

So My dip stick broke off on top ( The rounded part ) on My 330 engine.
I've searched the internet for a replacement. 330 is difficult to find. Anyone know if this stick is the same as other models? Anyone have one for sale? A website?

I can check the oil. but there is no handle. Thanks

The '67 chassis service manual doesn't give this measurement, but it does give the measurement from the very end of the dipstick to just below the cap. For a 330, that distance is 16.15625" (16 and 5/32").

The OP can go to any auto parts store and buy a generic dipstick for a few dollars. The caps are adjustable, and he can set it to the proper distance. The stick won't have "add" and "full" marks on it, but those can be marked off easily. Do an oil change, and when refilling with oil, put in only four quarts, note where the oil line is on the stick, make a mark, then put in the fifth quart, note where the oil line is, and make another mark (make a scratch or cut a small notch or something).

This would at least be a functional dipstick until a correct one for the engine could be located.

Please buy a real 330 indicator from a hoarder, even if not me.

This is the type with a loose-ish flattish washer, felt seal washer, and fits into a tube with no larger bulge at the top end, right? Like Walt's reproduction E400/425 units?

I certainly have one or more of those.

If You have 2 or 3 for the 330 Engine then I would be interested in one for sure.
The cap is still on this one.So I can still check the oil. It's the handle that broke above the cap. And I would rather have an original verses a generic with no markings for oil levels.
If anyone indeed has one could You private message Me and we can talk cost and address and such..... Thanks

I think the one I have is NOS, if you want that quality.

The Nos I noticed is 1968 olds and up. Not sure if it would work with 67 330?

Want an original or exact size replacement if anyone has and again thanks everyone!

Mine broke off too, in the same place. My car is a 64 Cutlass with a 330. Would it be the same? If so, I'd be interested. Thanks, Vic
