Rob, if your going to use the factory AC parts then you may not need the 4 groove pulleys. Unless your car also has the air pump for California emissions the three groove pulleys will work and provide what you need. They will have enough belts and they will line up if you have the correct parts. See the diagrams Nick uploaded to see where things go on your engine.
To attach photos click on the little box with the mountain on it, just to the right of the paperclip. That will open a window allowing you to select photos from your computer. There is a chance it won't load if your photo is too large, but that should be the only hiccup to watch out for. Let us know if you still have problems.

as of wright know the only pulleys i have is this on the water pump 39114jh got 2 of them they are 3 groove and on the crank 389645jb that is a 2 groove that looks like gm flatten the 3rd groove .the car has factory air on left side and power steering and alt on right side.

OK, so you need the three groove pulleys for power steering and air conditioning. Don't confuse Air Conditioning with A.I.R., the second is for the air pump California emissions required.
Nick, can you post the page he needs?

There's a number of subtle differences between the different pulley combinations. Some have spaces, some have thick metal between them. I'd encourage you to find the correct ones for your setup and go with them. Otherwise you'll likely have problems later on. If the pulleys alignment isn't perfect you'll eat up belts and maybe even throw them. Ask me how I know!

Rob, the AC compressor will line up with the correct 3 groove pulleys. The only need for 4 groove pulleys would be if your car had California emissions installed when it was new, the fourth groove being for the air pump. If your not sure check out the attached photo. The California emissions cars all had holes drilled and threads tapped for the A.I.R. system. If Nick doesn't have the right reference for your pulley numbers/letters I'll see if I can located my 1966 Assembly Manual.

here is the correct chart.
the 389645 is supposed to be a three groove pulley. Did it get smashed in the wreck
those are the same pulleys I have for my 66, just had some powder coated I will get you pictures a little later.
Crank is 389645 code JB
WP is 391114 code JH
PS is 384678 code JM

Could have you fixed up with all the a/c lines and condenser, if you had been looking 5-6 months ago. Yard just crushed it.
I do have the upper and lower radiator support sections.
