4 Row "ED" Radiator or Parts Wanted

I'm looking for the correct radiator for my 68 442 with auto trans, a/c, and HD cooling. The original radiator should have been part number 3017108 Harrison code ED radiator with driver side tank "IF" and passenger side tank "CH." I'd be interested in a complete ED radiator, either or both tanks, and/or an "ED" tag.

The previous owner replaced the oem unit with a 3-row one.

Thanks! Don

I believe I have one with the tag. I know the core is junk but will have to look at the tanks and see how good they are.

Thanks - I look forward to hearing back. There's a good old-school radiator shop near me so having to re-core is no problem. Don

Both tanks have dings in them and are not perfect. I don't know my radiator codes that well but this radiator was with a 69 W-31 engine and 4 speed parts I picked up several years ago. I don't know for sure but believe this radiator came from the same car. I never looked up the codes for 69 to confirm this. I can cut the core out and sell the tanks and tag for $120 shipped to your door.

Question: did the “CH” tanks make it into early 1970 production? I have a “CH” and an “IF” tanked 4-core for an auto with air car that was supposedly OEM to this car, which was built in early production for ‘70. Many though quote that the correct tank is a “CI” coded tank. Kindly advise on any wisdom. Thanks so much.

Eric - sounds good - I'll pm you.

Brock: I believe the CH tanks were used in 70 as the ED radiator is listed for 70 model year cars. Here's a thread that will hopefully answer this definitively for you - make sure to look at the charts and photos in post #15 (click on the chart image and swipe side to side to see the other pages).

Thanks so much - very helpful! Appears the CH tanked Harrison’s were those with the Y72 option, which was HD or Heavy Duty Cooling and correct for my car. Only thing missing is the correct radiator tag, which would be ED with CH and IF, along with the part number - any one have one?
