Looking for a mid-nineties Oldsmobile (GM) 3.4 DOHC timing belt hydraulic actuator (tensioner). Not looking for the tensioner pulley or pulley assembly but the part that GM refers to as the "actuator". GM Part # 24503860 - I'm sure this part number has been superseded by others.

 

Can you get it at your local auto parts store? Did it fail?
