I bet parts from a similar year 88 or even Pontiac or Buick H/C body might fit.

There isn't one on the engine.

Are you talking about the plastic one in the wheel well behind the right side tire?

Exactly it's plastic with fins on it for air flow I guess

Those fit the "88" up to the '99 model year. Starting around '95 or so they dropped the louvers and the panel is dead flat.

Only the right side uses the masticated rubber portion at the rear. Be careful if you remove it because they will tear.
