Started a thread about if any other Oldsmobile rear bumper would fit on a 2 door Cutlass.
The 4 doors look similar but I think the notch for the license play is too narrow.
Any way my question is I know good original chrome rear bumpers are hard to find unless somebody is
selling the whole car that's not in good shape but has good bumpers.
Is there any place out west, Texas, Arizona, etc. etc. junkyards that may be a
good search? Or any other place?
If it was an 81-87 we all know their available.

You might try Joe Vega. (www.azchevs.com). Primarily a ‘68 - ‘72 dismantler, but he might know of something. There is a yard south of Sierra Vista, believe it is in Hereford AZ.

 

Ive got a decent 78 Cutlass 2 dr still on the car. Where are you located? Very reasonable cost if you pull it, not so much if I would have to.

Anyone out there that reads this, I don't mind paying up (within reason ) for a really good used bumper that shines well for driver quality.
It don't have to be perfect but a nice one.

Wrap it in towels, carpet, old pant legs, etc, Shrink wrap and put it on the Bus. That is how I ship the things.
