hey guys ... first time poster
need help restoring a 1971 cutlass s on the package tray right now and there is a gap where there looks like a missing part goes and i dont know what it is
please help ... i have posted some pics.... there just looks like something is missing in the rear right and left corner of the package tray area where the sail panels end.... in the interior if that wasnt clear... thanks ahead of time

 

Yep, that's a little plastic trim piece that will get brittle from the sun shining through the glass. I'm not sure the correct name or a source, hopefully one of the others will know. If all else fails start going through the web sites of Fusick, Year One, and other companies that sell reproduction Olds parts. Also... I'm not sure but believe these are different between the Cutlass S and the Cutlass Supreme. Please post which car you have.

Ooops! I guess my eyesight is going. Now I see the "Cutlass S" as you pointed out Patton!

 

John is right....the Package Tray Corners are different between the Supreme Hardtop cars and the "fastback" Cutlass S Style cars.

Which one do you have?? (EDIT: I see you mention you have a Cutlass S)

I didn't see this Parts Wanted ad and just posted in your thread up in "The Interior" section.

I have a good pair of Supreme Package Tray Corners and have P side corners for the S style cars (and could probably come up with a good matching D side).
