1970 Cutlass column shift - needing the "hook" for indicator

Hello,
I am looking for what is called the "hook" in the assembly manual. It is the piece that attached to the column, under the dash, the connects to a wire linkage that goes to the PRNDL indicator. See the attached picture of the broken one that I have. Thanks for the help!
