1970 455 block

Looking for an engine from a 1970 442 with a 455 block. Let me know what you have. Would like an early build 455 block with Julian date of 300 and #3 on it from a 70 442, but will take what I can get. If its a 4 speed block (crank), even better.

Just curious...is it for a 70 442 or you just looking for that engine for some other reason?

Even a station wagon or Cutlass SX has the engine you need now finding a early one might be a problem to find. But a 455 block with E heads or F heads will work. I once found a set of F heads on a 1971 wagon with a 455 motor. Good luck. I just bought a 455 STD bore I will check date I'm in Nor Cal.

This is a 68 block with E heads added, in case anyone else was interested in the engine. I spoke to the owner
