Condition application

In need of a dual bale (retainer) dual bleed , oval cap unit myself...would you be willing to share with the group any details of yours that would Aid Us in the search and location of the unit you require??

Yes sir
it would be a dual reservoir, single bale, non bleeding type. This would be for non power drum brake setup. On the front machined half moon looking area it should be stamped CT. Should look like this one pictured.

Every "CT" - stamped MC I have seen has bleeders.

Interesting I wonder if that is the norm then on these? I suspect then mine should have the bleeders on it then? I was under the notion that only power brakes as the angle made it impossible to bleed the master cylinder due to the angle.

My statement above is incorrect.....talking to some Buick friends and they say some of the CT's used had no bleeders like Matt506 also mentioned above.

The original drum masters have CT stamped and bleeders.
During the progression of this master they removed the bleeders
but continued to stamp CT on them.
Eventually they stopped stamping the code.
The casting number remained though.
