Tilt column removed from a 1966 Cutlass. Tilt mechanism is nice and tight, the bearings feel good. The chrome on the tilt lever shaft is gone. Some say you can cut down and thread a non tilt turn signal lever to replace it. The **** at the end of the gear shift needs to be replaced as you can see in the picture. I have a brand new spring made from unobtainium for the shift lever. Do not break it or put it in wrong when installing the shift lever. I CANNOT get you another one. The turn signal switch and reverse light switch are both present and function as they should. The usually missing jumper harness is present and included as well. I have a steering wheel that I can include the turn signal cancelling pin or if you want the whole wheel you would have to pay additional shipping as that will come in a separate box. The steering wheel is ROUGH REALLY ROUGH not worth restoring in my opinion. Local pickup is preferred. I will ship at buyers expense. It will likely be more than $100 depending on where you live and due to the size of the box that will be required. You could install this in a driver quality car with no problem. For a show car you would probably want to paint it and detail it. The bolt on rag joint coupler as shown is included. The unit has a Julian date of 252 5 which I believe would be Sep 9 1965 making this correct for a 1966 model car but will work in 64-66 As with any 50 plus year old part it is being sold as is and is a USED part there are no warranties or guarantees. I have a 20 plus year history selling on the the auction site that rhymes with day (same user name). You can feel free to look up my history there since I do not have a lot of posts or history of selling items here. I usually get feedback that says better than I expected because I try to point out any and all flaws that I am aware of.
