Top o the Radiator plate to YE

This has a couple small chips , look at the pictures Sold as is. It has been powder coated or painted. Sold as is
1969 1970 1971 1972 with HD COOL
4 CORE RAD
I also have an NOS NEW GM Fan Shroud $442 plus shipping. I can do better on the shroud and the top plate if purchased together

It came from an estate. I wish they Olds guy was still here so I could ask him where it came from / history. My cars are in storage for the winter SO nothing to compare to / with any time soon. It did not come in a box. No label ot tag on it
