They are SSIII wheels, body colour. SSII's were cast grey or some say Argent Silver. One thing for sure, they weren't red. Paint these grey and they'll be SSII.

These are 15" SSII's

I'm interested in 15" Wheels if you have some.
You said the stamping is 14", but the pic shows 15" on the tape.

I have 4 of these wheels as well. 2 are 15" and 2 are 14" Snap on center though.
Perhaps we could combine and make a set of each. Let me know what you have lying around.

The bolt on centers stopped in 72 if I remember correctly not 100% sure.
I think 68 and 69 were all painted Gray, and 70-72 were the color of the car.
My 69 wheels were gray.

Wheels are measured from the bead seats, the inside of the rim where the tire meets the wheel.
Just like the numbers stamped into the steel says, these are 14X7 SSIII or SSII wheels that have been painted. SSII was painted argent from the factory. I do not have any info on the 878 code so I cannot tell you what they came off of.

X2 on not letting those go to the yard! Someone will want them.

Have you spun them to see if they are straight?
