I have a lot of 23 Pennzoil PZ2 oil filters. 1 I noticed has a small dent otherwise new. Cross reference multiple GM applications including AC Delco PF24, PF30, PF45.

A brief search turns up "Performax" which is tied to Hastings. So possibly Baldwin/Hastings, believe those two companies merged.
