Used..I dont know the app, but i compared it to a complete unit i have and they match..has 3 screws mounts for the top plate, except for the mount brackets, and it looks like you can buy brackets now..nice chrome, but not perfect...deff does not need a replate.. just not perfect....real survivor stuff...never wet etc...see pics, make sure its right for you..came with a 68 cutlass i just bought and dont really have a use for it all my Olds are stick shifts..i am unsure of its application, but its a real one..not a repop....
