Nos gm water goose neck kit

For sale is a complete goose neck kit. Kit includes bolts for goose neck, original hose, original clamps, gasket and lastly thermostat. Box is in decent shape. Part number is 1-2311256.

Is this thermostat look like a typical modern one or is it the flip open kind with the hinge at the side? If the latter, could you post a picture?
