What shape are the inlet threads in?
Original?
repaired?

 

What date code is on the carburetor?
How are the throttle plate bushings?

 

Good on the threads, it tightened up good and no leaks when it was ran.

 

Is the date code the 4 digits under the part number stamped on the side ? it is pictured. 2744 so as I understand is that 274th day of 1974 making this a service replacement carb ?

I thought I might have been reading the date code wrong as I also came up with 1974 as the build year.
I am looking for a 69 standard trans Qjet but would like to get one in the same build year.
