Taz..looking at fender photos, can't see what I looking for but, ....I'm looking for the small piece of chrome on the top of the right fender. its between the passenger door and hood.....is it there...if so, please let me know

ill take both the grills if the frame is on them is in shape?the center mesh can be broken,but not the frame unless its something minor that can be repaired let me know.
