'70 - '72 Cutlass/442 A-Body Power Trunk Release

Electric trunk lid latch, glove box trunk button and Fisher lead wire from trunk latch to switch. Excellent, clean condition, solenoid works flawlessly, trunk lock latch receptacle not rounded out. With instructions and relevant Assembly Manual diagrams.*

$200 includes shipping to continental U.S. Paypal only. PM please.

*If your vehicle does not have the courtesy light package option (no glove box light), I'll include the Fisher jumper wire for connection from the glove box switch to the dash harness connection - no additional charge. If your vehicle has the courtesy light package option (with glove box light), you will need a different 3-way jumper wire - available elsewhere for $10.

Offering here first.

*SOLD*

FYI that is not the correct button for '71-'72. It is a black rectangular piece with white letters & a black button.

So these posts are wrong too, Scott? They all say the black rectangle button was '70 only, exact opposite. And, the black rectangle is the rare switch, one year only, 1970, a GM strike year.

The one year only switch, '70 has a chromed plastic rectangular piece with a black button. The post by monstergate has the '70 switch.

Your button, I'm pretty sure, was used from '73- '77??? But like rocketraider said in one of those posts, if it was a dealer installed option, I suppose the yellow button could have been used but I've never seen one factory installed in a '70-'72 car.

Got it. Always thought the '71 - '72 rectangle was '70 only. Sounds like rocketraider (OCA judge) wouldn't object to a yellow button.
