I have went back and named the wheel sets white and black so that I know which wheels I am talking about. I have about 30 wheels and I am trying to figure them out, all but 1 (Blue) is 14"

I am sorry as I do not know more but my base has two openings, one opening has a plug. Look at the pictures better. I hope this helps.
Someone told me about the two openings but I do not remember what it was.
