68-71 Cutlass 442 Seatbelt Set由estored GM (2-Door Hardtop)
Here is a nice clean (no rust, no stains or fading) restored set of 7 pairs (male/female positions) black original GM seatbelts-- Manufactured by Hammill, Bay Trim, General Safety--very nice condition.
2 male-female front positions with floor retractors and hump boots; 3 back seat male-female positions; 2 front male-female shoulder harness belts with storage clips -- and all bolts/fasteners. $450 plus shipping from CT-- 06410.
68 69 70 71 model years-- 2-door hardtop with headliner mounted front shoulder harness belts. Date tags have been removed.

yeah-- I never knew what to call these. Metal painted tops.
Robbins belts with plastic tops were the base GM style. Came on Chevys Pontiacs and sometimes Cutlass. Cheap functional belts
These are General Safety/Hammill style and these came on cars with upgraded trim styles. Skylark Custom, 442.
I have seen the sets with silver tops and small floor retractors. (also Hammill) I was told by an older guy that worked in dealerships at the time that these came on big cars like Olds 98, Cadillac, Electra. You could get these, but it was generally a dealer install.
I did have a 69 GTO with the silver tops and they were listed on the build sheet by the way.
I always called the silver tops "super delux" lol
