is it two different frames and are they rust free?

 

I took the car apart yesterday and discovered an area of great concern. The frame has been damaged and repaired. So I am going to take this frame off fo the market and scrap it out.

Whats up my friend this has nothing to do with frames other than wanting to complete the framing of my rear window! &0 cutlass supreme apparently there is a piece that goes on the bottom interior of the window and requires two clips on the sides to finish it up. Any chance you can hook me up (Black)
