Hi Dave
I may have a set of 1965 fenders that need some light work, and a rear bumper that needs straightened and replated. Would that kind of condition be usuable to you? Do you still have the extra 400 engine? John

Do you have any pics of these? My 65 is a basic F85 like it doesn't have reverse lights or a panel, just a small piece of trim between the tail lights.I also need the pass. fender supreme trim for the 67.Yes I still have the 400. You dont have any extra body parts for a 68 cutlass supreme?

Thanks John, I managed to find the steel top bracket but not the bottom pot metal? bracket. I have no idea how long the spacer should be for the fan. I have a 2 inch spacer with a 4 blade fan on my 70 and that keeps it 2 inches away from the rad, but I went to a wider rad. If you have that stuff that would be great. Packrat olds says he has the bottom cast iron? bracket with a clutch fan would that be better? He is a bit further away than you. Thanks again Orrick

Hi Orrick
If you don't have to stay original I would go with the clutch fan. If it's a six blade then it could have been an option on your car anyway. Buying all the parts you need from the same person will save you on shipping costs. Let me know if you end up needing anything else. John

I found the T handle, but the end has been scratched up probably from me moving the core support around. Check out the photos and tell me if this is good enough for you. The section in between the grills is called the stone sheild. I have a couple with cracks in them, but none good enough for you to just bolt on and go. If you've not created a parts wanted thread yet I'd encourage you to give that a try. John

I do but I'm about as far away as you could get from Fla! If Adam has what you want you'll save $$ in shipping costs purchasing from him. John

I thought I did, but just looked and struck out. Henry (66400) has a lot of 1966-67 stuff. I'd encourage you to send him a PM to see if he has them and any other 67 parts you've not found yet. John

Do you have any quarter panels for a 1965 cutlass/442/f-85? Good enough to use.

I may have two front emblems that spell out Cutlass in writing? Is that what you are looking for? I'd have to do some digging, but I think they are in pretty darn good shape.

Also have a very good hood for a 67. I'm in Watertown, SD.

I've got this one, it has dents but has no rust issues. I've got several photos on my photobucket site, here's a couple to check out and a link to the site.

SteveC, sorry I don't have the 1968 442 grill you need.

Rutger34, I need a little more information on the part you need. Could you post a picture of where it goes, or if you have a damaged one show that?

Aitor-1983, the 1969 sport steering wheel is uber rare and goes for big money. If you want it to look original go with the factory two spoke plastic wheel. If you just want something that looks nice you could use a 1970-77 for spoke sport wheel.

F85Cutlass, I don't have extra seatbelts but might have the throttle linkage attached to the firewall. I'll see what I can scrounge up and post pictures for you. John

thank you! And what about the under dash courtesy lights? You have it? I need also the cover that goes under the dash covering the steering column and the four wheel opening mouldings.

Thank you very much!

1968 Cutlass - looking for driver's side exhaust manifold part #411961 (located on exhaust flange area). This is for 350ci and may have been used on other years or models. Need bolt-up facings to be straight and smooth. May have been used on diesel as well.

1966 Olds Cutlass - originally came with Jetaway transmission. It looks like this trans. with the two-stage? torque converter caused Olds to use a lower geared rear end. Does anyone know what rear end ratio I have? Someone in the past put a 3-spd automatic in it and the engine runs at higher than usual highway speeds. Is there a way I can change this situation short of putting a Jetaway trans back in the car?

Yes, I should have this but it will be the weekend before I can dig one out. I'm located in Southern Oregon, what part of the country/world are you located in? Price would be $15 plus shipping.

I'm not sure I've got the 1966 parts you need, but will look this weekend. Your welcome to create a parts wanted thread to see if any other members have them.

There's a two digit code stamped on the pass side axle tube of your car's rear end. If you can find that, often two letters or one letter and one number, we can tell you what it came with from the factory. I would have thought it to be a 2.78 or 3.08, but that shouldn't rev uncomfortably at highway speeds. John

Welcome to the site! Thank you for your service to our country!

I've got lots of heads, what castings are you looking for? Shipping can add to the costs. If your more than a couple states away you may want to create a parts wanted thread to see if you can locate some closer. Price varies between castings and small valve vs large valve heads. But most would be $100-150 a set and I like to have them hot tanked and magged before shipping so we both know there's no cracks. John

I am looking for a good set of C thru H heads, doesn't really matter, unless you have a good set of C's that would be the preference.... I would prefer large valve heads, but would settle for smaller. I need to check the size of the new valves I have laying around, i think they are the large ones. Let me know what you have, and I live in zip 28712

kind regards

I do have C's, both large and small valve heads. Your zip code sounds like your back east so you may save money buying a set closer to home. I'll get a shipping price estimate and photos for you to consider this weekend. My job keeps me pretty busy through the week so I typically only play with the car stuff on weekends. John

That's cool. looks like they are the 2.00 inch valves, so the small valve heads are fine. yes I am in the mountains of NC.

Do you have any 425 forged cranks, that are drilled for manual trans?

if you know anyone on the boards that live this way that may have some let me know...thnks buddy

I know there's a couple guys in Indiana that have lots of parts, another in Pennsylvania and another in Florida who also have pretty good collections. But who knows, there may be another member across town from you that has a set in his garage I'll get the costs for you this weekend, but I'd encourage you to create a parts wanted thread including your general location, say the nearest large city. If you don't get a set offered to you for a good price let me know. John

thanks, i will do that... i was donated a set of rebuilt heads by a company in FL. they sent me one C head and one J. so I am looking for at least 1 more C, but would rather have a matched set of a single engine.. if that's even possible.

Do you have any Olds bell housings? and a muncie laying around anywhere?

Should be no problem finding a set of C heads or the bellhousing & muncie. Put those in your parts wanted thread too! Bellhousing would be inexpensive to ship, the transmission would be good to find nearby. Please create a post in the newbie section to share with us what year/model of car your working on.
