1962 Oldsmobile Starfire Wheel Cover Disk paint template

I have an original paint template or brass mask/stencil for painting the optional spinner wheel covers or hubcaps for full size '62 Olds Starfire, 88, 98.
It has some minor dents and old paint on it.
Borroughs Quality BT-6217 PAINT MASK stamped in it.
