Apologies

Sorry for that comment guys, was a little frustrated last week. Deleted this post as I do believe it was in bad taste. Lot's of good info on this site and will continue to contribute.

Anyone have a close up picture of a correctly painted wheel and the paint code and brand to match the wheel?

I have a complete set of 5 original wheels and the paint is pretty darn nice. I won't have a chance to get to the shop until next week sometime, but they are good to use as a source of what is correct. They are from a '72 and also have original trim that is near mint. If still needed, let me know and I'll do my best to get them out and take some detailed photos.

I have a pretty good wheel for referance but not sure who makes the best match. I was wanting to avoid going to have the paint store match it. I was hoping I could just buy some and go if there is a known correct make for the correct color.

When I painted the wheels on my '69, I used Fusicks, which came in an Eastwood labled can, at first I thought that it was too dark, but then I pulled my spare out of the trunk, it was spot on. That was a decade ago though, so it's hard to say if their paint still holds true.
