Pinchweld molding install question

Does anyone have a picture of the way the pinchweld molding on a 68 442 convertible goes on? I had heard they had brackets that hold it in place, but when I removed mine, it didn't. It just had what seemed to be set screws and sealer. Did the factory install them different ways? I have an assembly manual, but it doesn't show this. Maybe fisher body manual, if someone has a picture, that would be great.

Some cars used odd little clips that slip over the pinchweld and then the stainless is pushed down onto the clips (I've seen this on a Pontiac Tempest I pulled a pinchweld molding off of one time....68 or 69 I think).

Others use short sheet metal screws that go thru holes/tabs along the edge of the pinchweld molding. These screws go thru thru the molding and screw into HOLES in the sheetmetal...not really "set screws" in the technical sense as they go INTO the sheet metal. If yours is attached that way then go with that.

I don't have any pictures but the "convertible belt molding fastener" is available through Fusick as part number D3645 (page 70 of catalog 41C). Mine had 8 or 9 of those fasteners, as I recall. There was one screw for each fastener and I had to remove all of the screws before I could remove the pinch weld. Then, the fasteners came out of the pinch weld after it was free from the car. Mine didn't have any sealant. When I put them back on, I put the fasteners in place in then the pinch weld snapped down over the fasteners.
