69 Cutlass pinchweld molding

Can anyone help me with the installation of the clips that hold on the rear pinchweld molding? I recently bought the clips and I can't figure out how they go onto the molding!!!!!

I'm not sure I follow where the clips go. Can you post some photos of the clips, and of the car where they need to go? John
