jade mist two tone

jade mist two tone
Looking for opinions if you have one.
My 64 cutlass is red with white upper two tone, with all black interior.
Since i am starting from scratch, I would really like to do something in green. I really like the sheerwood green on the 70s cars, but the Jade Mist feels a little more correct for the design of the 64. I was thinking about the jade mist with black upper. I would keep the interior all black. Of course I have been looking for color codes and production numbers and pictures but i am striking out. I saw in one thread that Joe replied to and there was as sheet for 65 that showed recommended paint combinations etc. Is there anything like that for 64?
Would the Jade Mist have been offered in a two tone? I don't see a lot of two tone cars with the darker paints..

That really is good looking Joe. I was gonna ask about the “pilot car” status, but I think I get the gist of it.
It has me really inspired. Of course nothing I have will ever look that nice but if it did I wouldn’t ever drive it.... or couldn’t afford it in the first place
For years I had been thinking about using the sateen silver and white combo from the corvettes of the era but this has me convinced the black roof will look good

I found some pics of that car online when it was for sale. Now that I zoom in. Is that roof jade mist or is it black?. I thought black at first

Wow good read, I wasn't sure i had the exact same car due to the wheels changing, but I did read in one of the listings that "he only ever found 1 other true 442 for sale" I was pretty sure what kind of salesman he was right there.
The dark roof really makes the roofline look so thin which just makes it really clean and pretty to me.
